The hotel's location is CENTRAL. I could easily walk to the promenade and a variety of restaurants. I found the underground parking very convenient. It made arrival and departure stress-free, and i enjoyed the tasty breakfast which gave a good start to the day.

the reception area sometimes got busy, resulting in a queue.

The Mini Beautiful Double Room had everything i needed. It. The layout was very good, the bed comfortable. And the room was clean so I had a GREAT sleep.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the girl at the reception. She provided all necessary information about the hotel. She also helped me with locations NEARBY for anything i wanted to see.

Breakfast was very plentiful and delicious. The POKO cafe on-site SURPRISED me with its pleasant service. The dishes were also excellent so I was very happy to dine here.

I used the underground parking, and it cost 10 eur per day during summertime. This was very convenient. I also tried a massage with their beautician and the lavanda and antistress massages were excellent!

i did notice some internal noises, possibly from electrical fuse boxes, occasionally audible.
